Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is when a player kills another player but does not have a valid reason to kill the other player

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is when you die, it is as if you have a new life and you cant go back to that location or even do anything in that location like kill someone even though your in the other district, until you wait out the NLR timer which is 3 mins.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would tp both of them to a roof then i would see if i can get player y to admit that he has killed player x and if he does then i will check if he has any recents and if he does not then i will give him a verbal and if he does not admit that he has killed him i would warn him for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I will check both player(s) to see if they have any recents and if they do then i would warn them for NLR but if the player(s) dont have any recents i will give the player(s) a verbal

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I believe that there is not enough staff out that that does not just afk or even do f1s. If i become a mod i will be active and do lots of f1s cause usually when im on a server and i make a f1 lets say for rdm then like an hour or 2 later the f1 would finally get handled and i would not need the staff member at that time. I would like be mod also for that reason if i get RDMed ill be able to handle it myself and not have to wait for a staff member to tp to me and for me to have to get my proof. So i feel like if im a mod i will do a f1 right when it pops up and someone creates it.
