What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is where people who are dead and they tell the runners and somtimes the deaths codes,doors,if traps have been activated or not and if they tell them what things are safe and and what is not and also if they tell them what potals to go through. e.g.If a guy was dead and says to another guy the code is 348 and that guy tried it and won or died it does not matter if it is wrong or right they tell them something.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would pick out of these terms, gag them,mute them,warn them e.g say if somebody called a guy was giving mass disrespect to another user and he continued giving disrespect I would mute or gag and warn him for Disrespect.It also means that you are not alowed to call anyone names or hurting another player's feelings.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen cause i think i would deal with all the players the same way and i would try to make the server even better.
I've never applied for staff cause i didn't think i was ready but now I am.
I'm online a lot of time per day and even at night when only a few players like 2 or 3 are online (including me) and there are no staff members there i could be there.

I'm pretty sure I recently punished you.

i see you on the server all the time. I definetly see you being a good staff member, even if you have recent warnings

What you say is true.
I've been correctly warned and muted by disrespect and I want to apologize for that.
Everyone makes mistakes and everyone should learn from them and don't repeat them.
That's why I want to apply for staff, help other users to find their own mistakes and correct them.
