What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when your dead in a game and tell everyone in the game who plays a certain role (for example if you are playing Murder, a dead person tells who the Murderer is to all the bystanders.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
What i would do if there was a disrespectful player, i would first off, politely ask them to stop, if they keep being disrespectful, Mute them or even kick them depending on the situation.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen for staff because i work well with others and i am dedicated to making this server more enjoyable for others.

Just a few points. 1. You need to up your hours dramatically before Friday's meeting. 2. You're applying for a Deathrun moderator role, how about using a Deathrun related example for the ghosting section?
