What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when your dead in a game and tell everyone in the game who plays a certain role (for example if you are playing Murder, a dead person tells who the Murderer is to all the bystanders.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
What i would do if there was a disrespectful player, i would first off, politely ask them to stop, if they keep being disrespectful, Mute them or even kick them depending on the situation.

Why I should be chosen:
I should be chosen for staff because i work well with others and i am dedicated to making this server more enjoyable for others.

Just a few points. 1. You need to up your hours dramatically before Friday's meeting. 2. You're applying for a Deathrun moderator role, how about using a Deathrun related example for the ghosting section? Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.

This time, the staff team have decided that you still need to work on your application and then apply again next week. To try and help you they have summarised some positives & negatives discussed during the meeting:
