Ive Been Playing The Server For A Few Weeks And Hope To Extend My Hours Greatly Within The Next Couple Of Days.
Ive Also Leveled Up A Ton And Im Always On The Server!

Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I would say use Unreal mode first and try to get the jist of things. Only use A and D and turn your mouse sensitivity up a tad.
When you jump on the ramp go down and when you're about halfway move up and try and flick on the end top corner to gain
more speed and to turn faster.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give them a verbal warning, if it persisted id mute them for a few mins. If it then happened again i would kick them to
teach them a lesson. (3 Strikes)

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Ask them kindly to stop using it. If they carried on i would freeze them for a few minutes. if it persisted id ask an admin to take action. I would pass the exploit on to the admin so he could try and get it fixed.(3 strikes)
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Well ive been mod and admin on a few RP servers and enjoyed the role. It felt good helping new people and i feel that if i do make it on the team i will not only be helping the players, i will be giving the team a good reputation as well. Also, this Zarp-Gaming Surf Server is now my most played favourite server so expect me to be on it for at least 3-8 hours a day lol.



Extra Information: (Not Required) I said that i would ban the mic spammer/text and exploiter my mistakes sorry guys. ^.^
Im a chill dude who is on the server quite a lot and i have made a few friends whilst playing here. Making me a mod wouldnt be a mistake

Ive seen this guy on quite a lot recently, he is friendly with the community and has done anything to annoy anyone, i feel it would be great if you gave him this role, keeping people on the server in line is whats best, and i think hed be great at it!

You've had about 7 hours activity in the last 3 - 4 days, assuming it stays this way and continues to increase then that's a good positive.

Generally the way you dealt with a mic spammer / chat spammer is a bit off as a moderator cannot ban, but that's fine - if you were to be accepted you would be trained on how you deal with them by using ethos. Same goes for exploiting as moderators cannot ban.

I've not seen you on much myself as I have not been on this weekend but I'm sure I will the coming week.
