How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:

I have been staff for a VERY long time (with some small breaks) and have learnt a lot over the years. I know how to handle every type of situation whether it's a hacker on the server, someone having texture issues or someone wanting to know how to play . I always try my very best to be the best administrator I can possibly be and I believe that it shows. My time as administrator (and as moderator and super administrator) will contribute to becoming a super admin again because I am one of the most dedicated staff members and I have improved a lot since I was previously super admin such as being a lot more confident and being able to use a microphone and attend meetings a lot longer which was something I have previously lacked. My time as staff after all these years have definitely contributed to becoming a super administrator nearly 4 years later.



What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?

I believe I would be a good candidate to be Super Administrator again for many reasons:



I believe that I am one of the most active staff members that we currently have on SSRP. Although I have had a few gaps in my gametime and although it was for IRL-events, I am deeply sorry and I expect to be playing for a very long time. I am on the SSRP servers whenever I have free time whether that is 10 minutes in the morning or 5 hours in the afternoon, I always find time to help others on the forums and ingame. I primarily play on server 1 but occasionally visit server 2 and server 3 and am always willing to switch servers if someone needs help.



I am incredibly loyal to my current position on the staff team. Along with that, I am loyal to the community and the SSRP servers always doing what I must. I am honest to everyone and would never tell a lie. I have never broken a rule on purpose and have always tried to do my job appropriately and correctly to the best of my ability.



I have always been dedicated to my positions on ZARP and always been fulfilling my staff duties whenever possible whether that is helping users or even other members of staff. Along with being honest and loyal, I am always dedicated to my role and always try my best.



I have been a Super Administrator before on ZARP SSRP and therefore I know what it's like being one and how they differ from an admin rank. Although I was demoted, it was not because I was doing my job wrong or abusing, but because of issues attending lead meetings which I have later fixed. I have also been staff many times and I would say that I have been staff for around 3 years total and have spent more hours as staff than I have as a user, due to this I have learnt many things and I believe I am a good member of staff.



Although I don't see myself leading meetings any time soon (which is a Head Admin role anyway), I believe that I am good at leading a team and ensuring that everyone does their role correctly to make everyone happy. I am also confident and am not afraid to get my voice heard (even though I rarely use my microphone outside of meetings or spacers), so if I believe something needs to happen, then I am going to express my opinions. Other ways I show leadership and that I can handle the role, I already take on some of the things a super admin does such as handling an in-game report on a moderator then feeding back all the info to a LT member. I am regularly asking for staff to help with F1s along with spectating staff members to see if they are doing their jobs correctly and well whilst also making sure that I help out too.




Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

I am sure everyone has experienced the issue, but it is very difficult when a moderator and I are the only ones handling F1s and everyone else refuses to do them or ignores us asking for help. Sometimes there are lead team staff that I would message to ask the staff to help out as the moderators and admins are more likely to listen to them but every now and then there at no lead team members available and so to overcome that obstacle, I spectate then go to everyone who I can see is not AFK and question them of why they are not helping with the F1s/not doing their duties; I will then listen to their story whilst still trying to persuade them to do F1s. If they refuse to do any or do 1 then stop when there are still 9 to do, then I would usually note their name down and give it to a couple of lead team members. The staff member would usually be spoken to at that point and would begin to help us.



Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

In-Game Report:
I would begin with asking the user for their side of the story then I would ask the accused staff member to teleport to me and then ask for their side of the story. I would then use both stories to try and get a clear idea of what had actually happened. I would ask the staff member if what the user had said was true. If they say that it was not true, I would ask for evidence from the user unless the staff member admitted to the actions. If the staff member was found to be breaking rules or abusing, I would speak to them on TeamSpeak about their actions then bring them up in the LTM.

Forums:
I would begin with stating on the thread that I am handling it, I would then thoroughly read through their report and any evidence they have supplied. If they have any pieces missed out like maybe a part of the story that doesn't make sense or a video being cut too short, then I would ask them to sort it out. When I have taken a look at the story and the evidence, I would ask the accused staff member to join me on TeamSpeak then I would move him into a private spacer and link them to the report and let them explain their side of the story. The end results would look something like this:













Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

I would first question the staff member to find out whether they meant to ban the user for such an excessive amount of time. If they did then I would ask for the staff member to go on teamspeak so I could speak to them about the ethos and treating everyone fairly so the correct punishment is given for the rulebreak(s). After that, I would ask them if they understood then let them go and shorten/remove the ban. If the excessive ban was accidental than I would kindly ask for them to edit it or remove it.



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

If I saw that a staff member was clearly struggling to deal with a user appropriately, I would first teleport to them and ask them how they have handled the situation so far and help them to handle it with a more appropriate manner so the situation is dealt with correctly. If the staff member isn't handling multiple situations correctly, I would speak to them about what they are doing wrong and how to improve and consider a re-training.

If the staff member was able to handle users in sits well but was being very harsh and rude in the sit then I would ask them to calm down and just remember to be fair. After the sit, I would ask to speak with the staff member just to find out why they were so aggressive and harsh to the user in the sit and try and resolve the issue.



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

I would begin with spectating the accused staff member if he was in RP and not in the admin sit and try to see what they are doing wrong. I would then ask the staff member to teleport to me and the other staff member then come onto TeamSpeak so we can talk to him about what he is being accused of. I would ask the staff member reporting the mod for their side of the story then I would ask the accused staff member if it was true, but if they said it wasn't I would request evidence from the other staff member. If the evidence is valid then I would speak to the accused staff member about their actions and ensure that they understood the rules that they broke and consider taking the report further into the meeting.



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

I would begin with asking the staff member to stop acting in a disrespectful manner and stop arguing with other members of staff. I would ask the staff member to explain what happened and why they are being disrespectful and arguing with other members of staff. I would make sure that the staff member had calmed down and no more arguments would occur. I'd tell the staff member that his behaviour is not acceptable, and tell him not to do it again.



Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

If the staff member was deliberately breaking mass amounts of rules, I would consider an emergency demote on them to eliminate any more harm. If not, I would tell the staff member to go on teamspeak so I can talk to them. I would tell them that they are breaking many rules which is unacceptable, I'd make sure that he knows that he is breaking rules and tell him the rules which he is breaking to hopefully stop any more rulebreaks from them. I would also consider bringing the staff member up in the lead team meeting.

IMO the best candidate atm to be applying for SA, he's had so much experience and was an SA before and ofc, the only one that actually RPs.

Really good activity, he might indded be one of the most active ones,
negative might be only 12 days of activity overall so far, might be a bit early though.

I don't have insight of your F1 counter and how frequently you do them but I'm sure you're doing your Job just as good as you always used to.
