DiamondWolfi UTC+01:00 STEAM_0:1:83365365 Norwegian German Swedish Danish English Russian Japanese I have been staff for 1 month and on Sunday it is going to be 1 month and 1 week, and Admin for 2 weeks on Sunday and in that time it been amazing! I have met awesome staff, both old and new. I am always trying to help people and the server! If I see some staff doing something wrong, I always tell them. I have also contacted other lead team members to look into it, but that is if it is very bad and/or the other staff member doesn't listen to me or doesn't care. I have had people helping me with many things, and I help other people with things. The whole Murder staff is so nice and kind and are always willing to help! I have also met a lot of new friends who are not staff, and they are very nice! When I first started out as an TTT Moderator, I was not very trusted with powers. But I really hope that has changed as I was Prop Hunt Administrator for some time and TTT Staff for almost 4 months, and now I have come all this way to Murder Administrator. I have tried to build up my trust, but I think I am trusted enough within this community! I am always trying to be active on the server and on other servers! But in these days I have not really played as much, and I am extremely sorry for that. The reason for that is because my computer has not been very good and I had to fix it. And my activity will change now. I am active on SSRP, TTT, Forums and Teamspeak! I am always trying to be helpful. I get a lot of questions outside of the game where people are asking me how to apply, if that is allowed and many other things. I am always trying to help out staff if they need help on the server or if I see them doing something wrong. I have not been Super Administrator before or any Lead Team position here in ZARP, but I have had a rank on another server which is similar to Super Administrator here. I have been staff for 1 and 1 week(on Sunday), and that shows that I am an experienced staff member who knows how to handle different situations and the rules. I was also TTT Staff for almost 4 months and PropHunt Staff for some time. There was one time were two staff member was fighting over which was right. They wouldn't stop fighting, one person though that that was right, and the other person though it was wrong. When I saw this I immediately stepped in, I was what was right or wrong, but they didn't believe it. I tried to contact someone, but everyone was busy or asleep. So I had to explain to them why what I said was right, and then they started understand. In the end everyone knew what was right and wrong and they didn't fight anymore. I would firstly check if someone else is handling it, if nobody is I would type: I will handle this! I would also talk to the staff member and see if they know what they did wrong. If it were almost nothing I would of just talked with the staff member. But if the staff member is denying the fact that he did something wrong, or if it were something big I would take it up in the lead team meeting where we would discuss what he did. After looking through the report and evidence I decided to talk with the reported staff member and he fully understand what he has done wrong, it will be brought up in the next Lead Team meeting which is on Sunday! After looking through the report abuse I have come to the following conclusion: I have spoken with the reported player and looked through you'r evidence, and it is not demote worthy of any kind. This has been:Next time please have enough evidence before reporting a staff member! Thank You for making this report abuse and have a wonderful time playing on the server! •LOCK• Firstly I would check in game if everything he says is correct. Then I would try to contact the Admin via Steam and talk with them their or on Teamspeak. If the Admin understands what he did wrong, I would tell him to get his steamID and ban him for a shorter period of time. But if the Admin disagrees with me I would tell him why I am saying is the right thing. If he still doesn't believe me, I would get an Head Admin to also tell him. But if he still doesn't believe it, I would mention it in the next Lead Team meeting. I would of course start to help the staff member. I would talk with them on Teamspeak, Steam or just in the Admin Chat! I would try to correct the staff member and tell him what to do. If he cannot manage this I would ask if I could take over and show him how I do it so he knows what to do next time. I would first listen to what the staff member has to say/write before I could take any action. If none of them have any proof, it would be just words against words, and that would not be any good for me, the staff members, staff team and the players and therefor I could not take any action. If however one of the staff member has proof of this rulebreak I would look into it. If the proof is valid, I would tell the staff member to not do it again. But if he had denied this before and it was something really bad I would take it up in the Lead Team meeting. But if it was only a small thing, a little chat would be enough. I would first tell the staff member to calm down and not be so disrespectful, and try to see what all this is about. If I find out what is going on I would try to solve this the best I can and stop the drama. If I cannot get it to stop whatsoever because of the staff member won't, I would have to talk with him and/or bring his behavior up in the Lead Team meeting since it is not acceptable. I would firstly take action immediately because that is not how a staff member should act, then I would try to talk with the staff member and make him stop at once. If the staff member would not stop, I would bring a higher Lead Team member to help out incase he listens to that staff member. I would of course bring him up to discuss his behavior in the Lead Team meeting. And of course I would talk to the victim (the player) and try to make it good for him and tell him that it is being sorted. If you see any wrongs in the application please tell. Also my activity is gonna get better, as I fixed my computer. Any CONSTRUCTIVE feedback is really appreciated! |
