So much more to explain in the definitions (I somehow have to say this alot).
Any exceptions to the NLR Rule?
Player x kills player y, then player y proceeds to kill player x in a different district in his new life.
Is that NLR aswell? I don't know, nowhere in your definitions.

Do accidental kills count as RDM?
I don't know.

Take this as big tip, be very exact with those definitions.

Not going to complain about the aesthetics, but it's hard to read imo.
