Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
Since i have been a proud member of the staff team for 9-10 months, ive got enough knowledge to be a administrator and know everything that a staff member needs to know, i know all the commands/powers, and people know how i do my job as a admin

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well i encountered a situation as mod, a guy was hacking on the server and i couldnt really do much about it, freeze and such commands didnt work, so i had to work around the situation and get an admin on it.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
I would start of by telling him about the different commands there are to mod powers, to get him fully into the mod stuff so it would make it much more easy for him to encounter situations as mod.

When your mod on duty, and someone needs help (f1) then first you will have to ask them if its okay that you teleport to them, so you dont interrupt a roleplay situation (/goto)

The next command which comes in handy is (/freeze [player name/id]) Iff a player refuses to talk to you while in a mod situation then you can use the command /freeze, which will be used allot on the server. And if he just keeps on killing himself he wount be able to respawn at other places, but you can also use the command /bring, or just go to the player profile's name and use the commands there which says "bring"

The two other commands you would need to know is "mute chat" & "mute globally" Which basically is that you prevent them from talking on the mic if they keep on spamming after you tell them to stop, or if they spam in the chat. It would come in handy at times.

If your not onehundred procent sure about a player, about getting warned before or if he did break a rule, simply use F1 and search with their steam id, then it will say who the player killed/arrested/rdmed etc. AND f6 is used so you can see if the player got warned before.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Well since its the first ban i would perhaps give him one more chance to proof me wrong about the perm ban, i would let him join the server and keep and eye on him with spectate, i would do that maybe couple of times a day, or few days. If he doesent do the same thing in the future, i would let him play. But if he does the similar thing again, its a perm ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
Well to start of with, i am on the server for atleast 5 hours a day, and i mostly do F1s through out my gaming time on the server. When i roleplay, people come up to me and are usually saying "oh my god, are you roleplaying right now?" - Its because they usually see me as "mod on duty". The reason for that is, that when i used to play as a roleplayer back in the day, there were allot of rulebreaking players, which is pretty annoying when your just here to have a good time with your friends, thats why im on duty most of my hours on the server, to prevent such players.. They ruin the fun for other players and should get removed from the server, or atleast prevent them from being a minge.
But why should i get promoted? Well, i have been a staff member for a long time, the last time i played (before i had to leave zarp) about 3 years ago i was a mod and then got promoted to admin on server1. So i have allot of knowledge about admin powers, the rules and im just a happy and calm guy to roleplay or to talk with. Thats why, i should get promoted.

And also i would like too add that i have been admin for 9 months and 3 weeks (before i had to leave) So im a trusted staff member and i do my job right, you wont regret taking me back
