Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
During my time as a moderator I've learned how to handle f1's. I've also noticed that I have to skip certain f1's as a moderator because only admins or super admins can do them. I also noticed how annoying it is to freeze people with the tab menu instead of just being able to use the physics gun. Punishment evaders are also annoying to deal with, because I have to contact an admin to punish them for me because they logged out.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
As a moderator I've often experienced players walking away from me during a sit or when trying to talk to them. Being able to quickly freeze them with the physics gun would allow my f1's to be faster and smoother.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I would discuss it with an admin. Depending on how apologetic he sounds and how long he's been banned for already, his ban will be shortened. The other admin will then reply on his appeal.

Why I should be promoted
I've been playing on this server for 3 years, and I've enjoyed my time as a moderator. I feel like this promotion will allow me to be much quicker with my f1's and make them easier to handle. Furthermore, this promotion will allow me to take on f1's that aren't possible for moderators to handle (e.g. unowning doors). It will also allow me to deal with massive rulebreakers and punishment evaders immediately, without having to contact an admin to punish them later (which can be difficult when on server 1). Also I'm a pretty swell guy love you all shoutout to my lads
