What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a runner who is dead tells a player who is alive something they are not suppose to since it can change the outcome of the round. Example on the minecraft map they tell the person which portal to go through, even telling the wrong answer is ghosting or on helix they tell the code. Even telling the player HP is counted as ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would ask them politely to stop and tell them what they are doing is wrong if they carry on then I would warn the player then either gag/mute them. If a new map comes on or if the player leaves and then rejoins and continues to be doing the wrong action then I would mute/gag them again then tell an Admin to come on and ban them with proof.

Why I should be chosen:
I should get chosen since I am active and know quite alot of people on Deathrun, yes I know I don't have a excellent reputation but I decided I will wait for a few weeks then apply again and here I am. I know I can't be perfect but I try my best to behave and I honestly think I am better than before. I know I still mess around a little bit but then again no staff are perfect. I don't really like it when people don't follow the rules so I guess and I'm active so I guess that is the reason why I want to be mod.

You seem to know the rules well and have good activity in game. You are frequently on the server and when you are you socialise but you don't have a great reputation with some staff members. Waiting a few weeks has helped this and as long as you have a good attitude and no recent punishments you should be fine. Good Luck!

Great application but as JJ said seem to have problems with staff just need ti improgve on that some so just apply next week monday which is in 3 days and you should improve by the next meeting..Good Luck.Great activity
