Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The ban command should be used as a last resort. In the case of someone who is disrespecting for example you give them a warning and mute them for a time period. However, if they continue the behaviour then they could be banned.
Extreme cases include DDOS threats and people using Cheats and even ban-evading.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
You can’t handle a report if you banned them. _{_{Fuck the template.}}
If SOMEONE ELSE banned them then I would talk to the staff member who banned them to discuss the possibility of reducing or removing their ban. I would also talk to the user to ask some questions. I would then reply on the appeal seen whether it has been accepted/denied and the reasons for doing so.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I should be promoted as I’m extremely active and I am always handling reports, hence why I have a high report count for the week. I feel like I handle situations well and if I’m unable to handle them due to not having things like the ban command etc then I will always ask someone else to deal with the situation. I feel like I am ready for the position as I am already trusted with similar powers on Deathrun.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP TTT! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application

Before you get started, another admin will help train you on the server and get you setup with your new rank.
