Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The command / ban should be used when player x RDM commits and then still leaves! Or if player y have 11+ recent warnns

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello I saw that I banned you because you hacked, but since you finally endkennt I will ask the owner times what we should I tell of course also that they are very apologized and you said that you never do again!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
I am very friendly against other players when players help me with something I help him! I take every report positively and ask each extra sacrifice once whether they forgive the offender or not if not then punish nich of course the offender! I know this is not a hundred words but I hope the application has arrived well!

i feel that you are not ready for admin yet.

The application is lacking, activity is okay but you still need to learn the ins and outs by watching other staff members and never be afraid to ask for help from others. For now it's a no from me.

You're friendly guy to play with, u know the rules, but i feel like u need 1-2 weeks as a mod before going for admin.

You weren't properly trained until recently, I'd give it another week or so

If I understood correctly, you've been caught abusing your powers to avoid getting caught for RDM. I assume it was a mistake, and as your training was a little lackluster I can understand it, but either way it shows that you aren't ready for admin yet in my honest opinion.

Give it a little longer as a moderator, I feel like you need the extra experience.

Le1nko was given the staff rank BUT he wasn't trained properly, for reasons I do not know or cannot state other than the fact he was given his badge, we allowed him to continue with his days of being a mod, then when we got reports of what Le1nko was doing, the ULX menu broke FULLY. We couldn't temporarily demote him, now that he's been given the proper training we're allowing him back on the team.

Le1nko resigned to me two days ago and is thus no longer a moderator.
