Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
I love showing noobies how to surf. I'm always showing people how to do stages and skips. I'll spec them or have them spec me depending on the difficulty. Most of the maps are easy and it's all about execution. And I love seeing when people get that eureka moment upon finally realizing how to get past the part they're stuck on

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I'd give warnings if the user isn't meaning to cause problems (eg: singing, yelling into a broken microphone) and give no warnings to people spamming racist/inflammatory garbage

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I'd get all the information I can get on the exploit and possible fixes and pass it up the chain and then look into banning the user or warning the user depending on the severity of the exploit. Minimize damage and help get the problem fixed. Users abusing exploits is inevitable and the users can't blamed for taking advantage in faults of the server coding in most cases. Example: if someone is abusing an exploit involving selling items for profit in the pointshop I would pass it up and get it fixed immediately and the user wouldn't notice a thing if they give us a heads up about the exploit they might get some points as a reward. Fault of the point shop maintenance crew. User abusing a bug in the map to crash the server > warning if it happens again temp ban. And in the meantime pass it up the chain to get the map pulled

I'm max surf level, I'm super active, and I help new and veteran users surf.

Somewhere near 4000 hours in gmod over my few accounts (2200 on my main other accounts linked in my bio)
I'm a mature dude that gets along with everyone.
Staff complement my SW surf skills.
I'm always on when staff aren't and during that time I often see mic spammers and trolls.
I've had tons of experience running servers and managing users. I am a dictionary with the gmod command line. And I know how to look out for people using rule breaking exploits. Especially on modes like surf & bhop.
I have 90% of world records in SW and HSW
I'd also be willing to go through and get a screenshot of each map for the voting system and put the proper names on the files so people don't just vote for the maps with the pictures

This guy has my vote, very mature and helpful - not had any issues with this guy.
