How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
I feel like i've learned and witnessed what it is like to deal with people no matter the case. I also feel like being Admin has taught me what being staff is all about as being Admin for over a month has taught me so much about what to expect going further into the future and I can tell that this is a decision being admin has made me want to do.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?

Good Staff Member
Being staff has taught me what to do and what not to do. I've learned from my mistakes (again, sorry mirx and kall but I think we are on good terms now) and I believe It's time I ran for lead team with serious thoughts in mind this time. I would love to be able to assist the server further by being able to help with lead team and deal with more opportunities. For example: helping anti-cheat and also being able to go undercover but that's not it. I feel as if being Lead Team would give me a chance to prove what I can do, but of course, only if I get accepted!

Dedication
Most people have seen that I help out a lot in most cases and respond when told to. I love helping people when needed and am always available for help. I respond to F1's frequently (more now than I did about 2 weeks ago) I would love to help people by being part of the Lead Team. I also am NEVER biased towards anyone no matter how much I may hate or like them.

Always Active
I'm always active and ready to help. Like I said, if anyone ever needs me im always there, ready to help. Whether it be to ban someone or help with "aimbots" im ready to help. I try to be more active than AFK but you never know. I also just started highschool so being active might not be crazy but i plan on being as active as possible!



Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I will be using user "a" as the player in this example!
I was playing a normal game and someone makes an F1 about player "A" aimbotting.
I tell the player I will look into player "A's" actions and see what happens.
Player "a" proceeds to mass rdm with obvious aimbot.
I then proceed to get the player to confess and the player then stops using hacks.
(the player "a" was perma banned after hacking again during the same day)

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

Hello, after looking over the evidence provided and talking to other staff witnesses we have decided to talk to said staff member about what he has done. Thanks for making this post about said staff member. He will be getting a talking to about his actions and should learn from this!

Hello, after looking over all the evidence and screenshots provided i've decided to deny this report.
There is not enough evidence and no staff to backup this story.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?

I would talk to said staff member about this ban and ensure that this ban was made fairly, if it was biased the ban would be shortened or maybe even removed. Depends on the ban and what the user did of course. I would also talk to the user that got banned to make sure the stories are the same. I also need to make sure that the ban was not unfair and the user did not get banned for an extensive amount of time because said staff was just in a bad mood or salty.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

I would proceed to help said staff member with his "F1" and proceed to help him with this situation and give examples of what to do and how to handle it. If he needs any more help after this situation I (or any other staff member) should be willing to help if asked.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?

I would talk to each staff member to see if he can figure out what happened. MAKE SURE THIS IS NOT BIASED IN ANYWAY. I would also be VERY strict about this as we are talking about staff rulebreaks. I would see if there is any evidence and if there is enough to call it "enough" then it would be taken to lead team or something similar.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?

I would make the said staff members talk it out like calm individuals and make them resolve the argument and make sure they "Shake Hands" and apologize to each other before I let them do their own thing. I would also make sure they stop fighting and try to become friends.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

I would take the staff member and question what they are doing. I would make sure to get evidence of this and would do an "Emergency Demote" where I take away said staff's powers until Lead Team decides the punishment. Of course the demote would be to ensure the staff stops until a Lead Team meeting.

I was adjusting to highschool this week and Trinidad was suppose to tell leadteam but i was busy trying to learn highschool and taking a small break to do so. I understand why you would say this though so please dont hold it against me!

But if you have a chance of going inactive, why apply for SA? If you get the rank then you won't be much help as you'll be going inactive "randomly".
