Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM (Random Death Match) is when a player randomly kills someone for no reason at all (Not applying to mutants). If Player A were to go up to Player B and shoot/stab/kill him in anyway for no necessary reason, that would be RDM.

Player A: *Walks into mine and sees all of the miners just mining* "Hey I'm gonna kill all these people for no reason!" *Get's out RPG and blows them all up*

Miners: *Runs and screams and panics* And would more than likely report to Mod/Admin

RDM is basically a really simple rule to follow that not many people seem to follow and it tends to get on everyone's nerves. There will be times where someone kills someone by "accident" like cross fire or getting ran over, which in that case it's not exactly the killers fault unless done intentionally.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR (New Life Rule) is when you die and the time before you can go back to the area/district you died in. NLR is normally around 2 minutes long. There are times where NLR does NOT apply and an example would be the vault is getting raided and Police can keep going back until the raid has ended.

Player A *Get's killed in a raid* "Screw the guy that killed me I'm going back for revenge" *NLR is still about 1:35 seconds left and he/she goes back to the district he/she died in.

Cop *There is a bank raid and he/she keeps getting killed trying to stop it* NLR does not apply but WILL show up. Only if the bank is being raided can he/she not worry about NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would have both players with me in a quiet area for no distractions and I would ask Player X to explain the whole situation that is currently going on or has happened. Player X Would then explain that Player Y has killed him for no reason whatsoever or something in that general topic area. I would then talk to Player Y about RDM and why it's against the rules and make sure to tell him/her to reread the rules and to not do it again and give him/her a verbal warning. If Player Y has been accused of RDM multiple times now, I would take them aside and give them a warning and let a higher power (Admin/Super Admin/Head Admin/Owner) know the situation going on.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
Player X puts out an F1 and I open it and go to help him/her and tells me the situation. I then bring Player X and Player Y to a quiet area to discuss the situation. Aftter they are both done telling their sides of the story I talk to Player Y about the fact the breaking NLR IS against the rules and that he/she needs to reread the rules and due to the fact the the game WILL tell you that you are breaking NLR I will leave them with a warning.

Another Example
Say there was someone raiding the bank and submits an F1 about a cop/swat/etc breaking NLR. I then tell that player who submitted the F1 that while bank raids are active Police do not have to follow NLR in the vault. I then tell them to reread the rules.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I should be chosen because I believe I am well suited for the position. I love this community and I have made several friends. I'm on alot of times where there are no other staff on and it's an RDA/RDM fest and I would like to do my best to help stop this. I want to help make the ZARP Community the best and make sure everyone has the fun they want/deserve. I've been playing this game for quite some time and have brought myself to learn about a lot of you and make great friends. As there are still several of you who I do not know I am looking forward into getting to know everyone. If I was to be ranked as a Moderator I would take the job VERY seriously and not stop till my jobs done. I'd make sure every issue I can resolve gets fixed and every rule breaker learns their lesson in a fair way in which they deserve. ZARP needs all of it's players to have a great experience and I believe with the help of me I can help make sure that it happens. Nobody like a rule breaker and as I know I've done my time of messing up in life, I've learned a lot and one of those things are respect. It's such an important thing nowadays and nobody seems to have much of it. I would like to help the server and show it even more respect by making sure all the people disrespecting it learn to respect it, or to realize that they are not respecting it and that they will start to.
