Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match , or "RDM" is the act of randomly killing a person for no RolePlay reason , therefore he or she breaks the Roleplay experience and destroys the fun .

Example :

Player Gaben is a Citizen walking around the streets in Downtown ( S1 ) and is minding his own business , Player Jake is a Baldie Gundealer and , being the nonce he decides to put a bullet into Player Gaben's head . Player Gaben then removes all games from Player Jake's Library and changes his Karambit Knives into Gut Knive | Sand Dune .
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule , or "NLR" is the basic roleplay rule in which once a person dies , whatever the reason may be ( ranges from rulebreaking to roleplay heart attacks ) cannot go back to the District in which he died in , while also pretending to lose all memory of the incident until the 3 minutes are over .

Example :

Good Example : Player Rick decides to raid a baldie's base , he dies during this action and respects the rule and waits 3 minutes before entering the district + another 7 minutes for Raid Timer , he also pretends to have no memories of his past life .

Bad Example : Player Skelly decides to be a bone-head and goes to raid a mega-base and gets "rekt" in the process . Despite the rules he decides to raid them again , breaking not only NLR , but also Raid Timer , after a few moments he is glouned out of the server for being an imbecile .


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would ask player X is he had any evidence regarding the situation , be it Eye Witnesses or Video Footage, if he does then I will conclude the sit with either a warning or a verbal warning , if he doesn't then I'll ask player Y why he killed player X in the first place , if there's a legitimate reason ( which I must investigate further ) then I'll end the sit with no one being warned , if there is no legitimate reason and player X is true about what he says then I shall warn player Y , if player Y is sorry about the action then I'll simply verbal warn him .

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First I would again ask player X is he had any evidence to narrow things a bit , if he does then I'll warn player Y for NLR , if he doesn't then I'll check the logs on which district they were both killed in , if both are similar then I'll warn Player Y not only for NLR but also for RDM ( or in this case Revenge RDM ) , if Player Y is sorry then I'll reduce the punishment to a warning instead of 2 .
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
The main question , so first of all I'm separating this into paragraphs rather than a long one , so why should I be chosen ?

First is my experience with the job , I've been a moderator in ZARP for 2 months before being demoted for Inactivity ( basically I didn't break any rules to get demoted ) and I already know enough to get started , and I can apply my skills again to help the ZARP community .

Next is my language variety , I know Arabic , which sadly not many staff members know about ( btw turks dont know arabic , so dont think they can talk arabic) and many new members of the community speak Arabic , therefore I can use my language skills to cover the gap .

Finally is my loyalty towards a community , when there are rulebreakers usually staff members would be busy RPing , since they didn't know the hardships of being a Staff member and a Player at the same time , meanwhile I dedicate my time towards doing f1's until there is nothing but the smell of the rotting bodies of past rulebreakers .
