Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
"Random Death match" RDM for short is when Player A kills player B for no reason. So let just say Player A pulls a psg on a hobo on the street and then rapidly starts shooting at him...And the hobo died That is RDM

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
"New life rules' Aka NLR is when Player A gets killed in his base while being raided.then Player a comes back to the base and kills the attacker Which is NLR,FAIL RP

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Well As moderator i would check logs and see if this had happended multiple times and there is good evidence I would warn Player y For "Rdm"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time Well to handle that problem i would see the logs for en example Player Y was died at 16:15 Then if it said Player y has been killed 16:60 He would get a verbal warning And if this porblem ocurred more he would get a warning

Explain how you would handle this situation:
Player A acuses Player B of propsurfing
Well to handle this I would ask Player A if he had screenshots or any evidence showing this.If enough evidence is shown Player b would get a warning for "Prop Surfing,Lying"

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
Well as a X moderator I understand near the end of my rank before i resgined i had a low f1 count because i got lazy with it But if had a long enough Break and now im ready to handle all the f1s that come and This time i will do better then then the last

fucking terrible mod, the day you resigned you walked around calling everyone retards, you didn't do your job well at all (From what I personally saw)

If your attitude has improved then I would consider changing my reply but I'm going off what I saw.

If you cannot take the time or put in the effort to type, spell and use grammar correctly then you do not deserve mod on any server, plain and simple. Not to mention you told about how you were lazy on another server as an admin, that just shows your irresponsibility as a figure of authority on a GMod server. Also your explanations are very confusing and really do not show your understanding of the subjects. It is unbelievable that a person that is willing to put in that little effort, expects to become mod.
