Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. u would issue them a warning and warn them if they do it again it will result in a kick

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
i would issue them a war but if its mutible i would issue them a ban for a day or 2
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
cause i have a proper roleplay experience and i know all the rules on most of the servers and if anyone breaks a rule and i see it infront of me or someone reports it to a admin and i respond i would know straight away and also i have the experience on other servers as a admin, so i know all rules as a admin aswell. I want to help moderate the server and do many tasks such as handling chat disputes, punishing rule-breakers, and defending the server from any other possible threatening ways that may come. Multiple times I've been on, the load of players can not be handled by the small team of staff. On some occasions, there was actually no staff online - leaving a whole server for 'trolls' to abuse. I've fully read the rules and obviously since my past, I know all the secrets which people do to rule break, I'm not a rule breaker anymore, but due to my past, I feel like I'd be an asset too the community by finding out rule breakers who do what I have done in my past. I feel like due to my experience with other communities, I'd be an amazing asset, from developing aswell.

Never seen you on the server really, and the NLR and RDM examples where not filled out only what you would of done if you caught them doing that.
