Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match (RDM), Is Where You Kill Someone Without A Reason. Lets Say I Walk Up To Someone On The Street Walking Around And I Pull Out A Gun And Just Shoot HIm When He Hasn't Done Anything Wrong And I Have No Reason To Kill Him. That Was An Exampple Of Random Death Match (RDM).

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule (NLR). An Example Of NLR Is Where Someone Kills Me While They Are Raiding My Base Or Mugging etc. And I Come Back Just To Kill Them So I Can Keep My Base Safe. Most Servers Have A NLR Timer WHich Prevents Most People Who NLR And There Is NLR Circles Which Prevents Most People From NLRing Aswell.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I Would First Bring Them Both To A Sit And Put Them On Each Side Of Me. Next I Would Ask Player x What Happened Since He Was The One To Get Killed. Once He Tells Me What Happens And The Logs Show Proof Of That I Would Return Player x Since He Isn't In The Wrong And Is Free To Go, While I Would Keep Player y Behind Because He Was In The Wrong And i Would Jail Player y For 120secs (2 mins) Which I Think Is An Reasonable Time. I Would Also Warn Player y For RDM, After I Done All Of That I Would Fly Off And Check Whats Happening Around The Server.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. Firstly I Would Bring Them Both To A Sit Of Course. I Would Them Ask Each Player At A Time What Happened, If Player y Admits To Him NLRing And Warn And Jail Him. If They Both Say Different Storys And There Were No Bystanders To See What Happened I Would Verbally Warn Them Put Them Down And If It Happens Again I Would Warn Player y For NLR.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I Think I Should Be Chosen As Moderator Because I Have Had Past Experiences As Moderator, Admin, HeadsuperAdmin, Owner (From My Own StarwarsRP Server AbyssGaming Which I Unfortunately Shutdown). I Have Had To Deal With All Sorts Of Situations Such As RDM, NLR, Propblocking etc. I Can handle These Situations Very Well. I Dont Use Any Racial Slurs Or Offensive Language, I Try To Have Fair Reasons For My Warns And Bans. I Dont Do Different Punishments Because Who They Are. As I Said I Like To Keep All Punishments Fair. In My Eyes Everyone Is Equal And Nobody Has Different Outcomes To Different Situations. Even If That Person Who Is Abusing Is My Friend They Would Get The Same Warn Or Ban Outcome As Any Person On The Server. I Dont Get Stressed Easily, I Like To Keep Everything Calm And Relaxed No Matter What Situation It Is. If It Comes To A Point Where I Am The Only Staff Member On I Will Try My Best To Keep The Server Calm And Peaceful Until Some Higher Ups Come On.
