What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
1)two or more friends are in a private call telling each other if the death is afk or the trap is used what door / portal it is or telling someone information when you are dead allowing the team to win the round making the game less fun and unfair.(Ghosting is cheating)
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
2) usually i would give a verbal warning first then an actual warning and / or autoslay if they carry on i would have to kick them or mute them.
Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
3) I dont abuse the power of the role of moderator . I am fair and dont have favourites in my eyes everyone has the same amount of chances and everyone is equal. I think i should be chosen to have this power because i am honest trust worthy and obey every command that is given. I have never been reported on the server and i am on the server about 5 hours a day so i would be a active moderator

Hi Lovely, few quick points. - We recommend about 2 weeks of activity before you apply. Saying this, there is plenty of time before Friday to get the activity up - Your "What is Ghosting? and give an example:" section needs more detail, as well as your "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:". A pretty stupid reason to give him minus support for that. You could've at least given him some constructive feedback.

Anyway... We recommend having at least 2 weeks of consistent activity and you have a good amount of activity this week, so keep it up until friday. You haven't actually answered the question "How would you deal with a disrespectful player?" You simply just said: "it depends on how serious / bad what they did was"
There is always a way to deal with a disrespectful player, so I would suggest you to improve your application.

Thanks for applying for staff at ZARP Deathrun! During our weekly staff meeting your application, question answers, game trackers and in-game warnings are checked and then the staff team votes on your application.
