I personally don't think that we need anymore HA's. Also I feel like you could do with increasing your meeting participation and overall activity within the meetings. I still feel like we need to see some more growth and development from you Coutinroy. Keep up the good work! I have been working on my participation in the Moderator and Admin meetings because I did notice I was a bit silent in those recently (excluding hosting); however I am very active in the Lead Team Meetings! Correct me if I'm wrong please! Thank you for your feedback Captain, I will take it deeply into consideration.

Not from I witnessed, you normally turn up much more later and don't say much. No idea what you are like in the LTM nowadays but you were active in those back when I was around.
