Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would give the spammer a warning through text and voice chat, if he continues to spam after the given warning, i would mute him for a certain period of time (1 or 2 rounds), after he has been unmuted if he continues to spam i would kick him and report his name to a fellow admin.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would give the person a warning for abusing an exploit, if he continues to do so i will spectate him for the following rounds and give him another warning, if he does not follow what i say, I would kick him and report his name to an admin

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is when two users, each on the opposite teams help each other out finding well hidden props. Take an example, "A" is a hunter, and I am a Prop. I would purposely kill my self so i could spectate my teammates and tell "A" the locations of the props.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Whenever i hop into this server I usually see see one or two guys mic spamming or speaking some other language, given that this is an English only server, during those times there are no admins or moderators online, and those people cause a lot of inconvenience to other player, resulting in them leaving the server, so it would be good for someone to be there making the server more peaceful.

Extra Information: (Not Required)
When I first joined this server, i thought that it was like the other random servers that i'd play for a day and leave, but it was completely different as people were friendly and not raging all the time, this is the only server in my favorite's list as it had everything sorted out well, that being said i can guarantee you ill be spending my time on this server only.
I know this wasn't necessary but I just wanted to appreciate the server owners and creators hard work and effort put into this.
