What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting is when a dead player tells his teammate some informations he otherwise would have not known, and with this information the outcome of the round changes.
Example: A death player/spectator tells an alive player, if a trap is activated or not.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: First i would give him a warning to stop, if he continues I'll gag/mute him for disrespect. In extreme situations ill give him a warning.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen because I like to play it on deathrun and i always try to help newbie's so far as possible. I know that my activity isnt the best because I joined deathrun a few days ago, but i think a trial its always worth it. Also I hate it to see when no staff is online and rulebreakers break rules. For my benefit im also well known in the community and on other servers.

I can see 1 problem with your app, which is your activity. It is recommended to get 2 weeks of constant activity before applying. You have 3 days worth so far. If you keep playing until next week I am sure you will have enough.

I don't know if hou have any punishments in-game but if not then that is good.

I think you could also add more to the "Why I should be chosen section" if you add more here it shows how much you want the position and how much effort you can put in.

It's recommended that you have 2 weeks of activity before you apply, so by next week's meeting, if you have consistent activity, you have a decent chance of getting accepted.
