What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a player who is dead tells information to a dead person. The alive player could tell the dead player what portals to go through in the Minecraft map or the code for Helix map. Telling the player HP is also counted as ghosting, telling the player the wrong code/portals is also counted as ghosting even if it is wrong.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would politely ask them to stop and what they are doing is punishable. If they continue doing the wrong actions then warn the player, if they try to avoid the punishment by leaving and joining back later but still continue with their un-tolerated actions I would give them another change then kick them. If he rejoins the server and still carries on with their actions I would inform an Admin+ to come on the server and ban the player.

Why I should be chosen:
So, most of you know I don't have the best reputation on the server but I turned it around and have been more polite and mature instead of being immature. I've been playing on the server for more than 180+ hours and know quite alot of people. I would like to put people who break the rules to face consequences for their actions since it does ruins the experience for others who are playing the game. I know I am ready to become a Moderator unlike before where I made an application while being immature and breaking consequences but I took the comments and feedback to my heart and have turned it around for the past few days and I know I can continue behaving well throughout my play time on the server.

You have matured more, but it seems like it was forced and if you were trying to make people like you. I don't honestly think you have changed though.

I would suggest to not apply for a few weeks and then you should have improve and if you are more patient and likeable then sure apply then in 2 weeks but for me no.

To be honest with you. Even though you did apologize to me I believe you're trying to be a person who you're not.

You made a bad impression on the staff team and you need to earn trust.
