Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: when some Mass RDMs and leaves, or is someone has 11 recent punishments or more

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hi there, firstly i would like to thank you for making a ban appeal on our fourms, you were banned for cheating but as this is your first offence and i can see you have put time and effort into your appeal i have decided to :accepted:

your appeal.
however if you are ever court cheating again you will be permanently banned from the server without that chance to appeal.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):. well i think i should be promoted to admin because i am very active on the server, i would say i am a nice player and joke around alot but i can be serious when i need to be. i also feel like i have made a good impact on the community and would like to make a better one. my active hours tend to be later one in the day so the server tends to have atleast a mod on 90% of the day. even tho i have only been Mod a week i feel like i deserve this promotion and hope you all except me as such, thanks for reading.
