Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I am very active on the server. I feel more experienced with the FAdmin commands and can usually do F1's more efficiently.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user): Lots of server hoppers join the server break rules and when i bring them to a sit, they LTAP and i have to call an admin to ban him making the process take longer than it needs to.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Commands:

Kick: /kick "STEAM ID" "Reason"
Will kick the player, to be used for situations like prop spam

Mute Chat: /chatmute "STEAM ID" "Time" "Reason"
Mutes text chat, to be used for chat spam or racism(5 Minutes for Spam, 10 Minutes for Racism)
Rap Sheet: Opens the rap sheet of the selected play, can be accessed through F6 Menu or Tab Menu

Unban from job: Unbans player from job after they have been banned by an admin, never really used

Freeze: /freeze "STEAM ID"
Freezes player (Most of the time you will use indefinitely)

Slay: /slay "STEAM ID" "Normal / Silent / Explode / Rocket" "Reason"
Used to kill player who is doing something they shouldn't be.

Mute Globally: Accessed through tab menu
Used to mute a user's voice chat if they are mic spamming.

Teleport /tp, /teleport "STEAM ID"
Brings selected player to your crosshair

Bring /bring "STEAM ID"
Brings selected player to you

Goto /goto "STEAM ID"
Goes to selected player

Admin tool Located with tool gun and camera. Used to check if a player has keypads linked to the door.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If it was their first ban i would talk to the admin that banned him and ask why it was permanent and if there was any more details that were not stated in the appeal. Then i would come to an agreement with the staff that banned him to shorten the ban, remove the ban, or deny the request.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): I am very active on S3 and check the forums often. There are lot of situations where I need an admin's help to deal with a player and admins aren't always on or available. I enjoy this server a lot and would love to help more.

I think this app comes across a bit rushed I am afraid. You could in my opinion add more detail to the 200-300 words Facebook page to train a Moderator.
