When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
A ban will be appropriate when someone is Threating to hacking or DDOS.
When a player uses hacks or uses scrips.
Mass rule breaking.
When someone leaves the server to avoid his punishments.
when a player death threats.
when a player has broken a rule enough to get kicked, and then they break the rule again.
when a player has been kicked multiple times for a link or their name and doesn't change it.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
A player was being racist and he got a verbal, then he was racist again and I muted him, then he was racist again and I kicked him, then he joined back and was racist again and left before I could warn him so that he would get a ban for reaching 4 warns, so resolve the situation I used awarn_warn to warn him and get him banned for racism and LTAP.


Why I should be promoted:
firstly after being a MOD for one day I was able to successfully handle racism and warned him 4 times and had to use awarn_warn as I previously explained.
I believe I have an impressive game time on Deathrun the past month.
I have been able to handle many situations this week, getting 2 people banned and handled a handful of links and have had to give over 15 warning(i stopped counting at 15 warns).
I believe I have been a friendly player and also Funny,(vain I know), but also I believe I have been valuable to the staff and server as I play most of the day and I play late in the night when usually I am only staff on and I can stop rule breakers and make deathrun more enjoyable for late night gamers.
I feel like I have good knowledge as I talk a lot to higher staff and I am able to see how they resolve situations.
My role model Dezmond is who I aspire to be on the server so I try to shadow him and act accordingly to the situation, thinking in my head what would Dezmond do.
I'm dedicated to the development of Deathrun and want to see the server be in the no.1 slot.
Also, there has been less Staff, apart from mods so I believe that the server needs all the help it can get, and I think I can help well.
I did GCSE computer science and can code to an extent I'm not a pro but I can do all the basics.
