Deathrun related: What is ghosting? (and give an example):
Ghosting in a nutshell is a dead person telling an alive runner/death information that could change the outcome of the round or give an advantage to either the runner or death team.
For example, on the map "helix", a dead player may know the code to the platforms and tell an alive runner the code. Another example is telling the death's that the last runner is (whatever hp, lets say 10) and they will use that to their advantage.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Firstly, you would ask them politely to stop what disrespectful act they are doing. For example, insulting someone. If they were to carry on doing what is disrespectful and ignore your warning, I would give them a real warning and depending on the situation (might not be direct insult, aka you could insult someone from the trade menu.), gag and mute them.

Why I should be chosen:
I can be useful to the server and helping it stay clean, safe and minge-free. I do not have a temper and am always happy to help people in need of a staff member.
I also often see many people breaking rules, such as re-activation, harassment, exploiting and spamming in chat/mic, so it also makes me want to apply for moderator to stop these actions that would really annoy other players.
