Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
Its a very nice feel to be a moderator and help thecommunity and i think with admin i have more power to help

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
A situation is when i caught a mass rule breaker thank kept going on, had to call an admin the guy dont want to rp so i frezzed him and waited on a admin

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
The F1 Menu is a Log system u can see the last warnings and check the logs on rdm and Nlr.

The F6 Menu : this menu will show all warnings for every player with u can find him easy with his steam id

/tp: will teleport you to where your crosshair is looking, once adding a users steam id or the full name it will teleport theplayer

/back: will return you to you last location before teleporting, will work the same with users if adding their steam id or full name to the end

/freeze and /unfreeze: /freeze will freeze a player using their steam id at the end of the command, /unfreeze doing the same method will unfreeze the player

/warn: /warn [steam id] to warn the guy for breaking a rule

/unwarn : if you warn the wrong guy or something like this u can unwarn him with /unwarn [SteamID]

/kick : if someone is afk and build a prop block u can remove him with /kick [Steam ID]

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello player x, i will be reducing you ban to a week as it still was a rule break.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I want to help the community more with more power if im online im doing every f1 i can make , i want to make the other guys on the server a good RP experience on the zarp gaming server and dont want that rule breakers ruin the server
Zarp is one of the most played server so the server have very much rule breaker but more guys are here to rp but the rulebreaker ruin the game so i want to help more with more permissions to fight a rulebreaker Thank you for read the Application !

I don't think your activity is the best. Also I've seen you make quite a few mistakes when I've seen you, however thats normal but you should try and perfect your job before asking for a promotion. as for the activity I see quite a few days where you only play for 40 mins. However you do meet the minimum for hours, I think you should definitely try and improve if possible for you. As for the mistakes, I've seen you get really heated In a few sits, also some issues with teleporting without checking if they were busy etc.
