Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Match, or "RDM", is when someone randomly or for no reason, runs up and shoots/stabs etc. to death. User "a" runs up and kills User "b" for absolutely no reason. User "b" calls a sit and it goes from there with the administrator or moderator.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: New Life Rule or "NLR" is when someone returns the the area they have been killed in, within the 3 minutes time. User "a" raids User "b" and kills him. User "b" decides to return and either farm or kill User "a".

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would tell player y that the logs do show that he/she did infact kill player x, I would ask if player y if he/she provided a valid reason for killing player x. If he/she does according to the motd, then I would return both of them. If player y did RDM player x, then I would warn player y.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I would first ask if he did break NLR [Most will say no], I would then say "Are you sure, because the logs say differently". He would most likely fight against such accusation, I would tell him that the logs are too close together, there is no possible way it was 3 minutes without another person either dying or someone saying stuff in chat.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I want to be Moderator to continue to support this forever growing community, also because I would love to help staff members that have to carry the weight of the server on their shoulders as more and more minges join. Even if the staff do not have any major issues with the server, it would definitely not hurt to have another pair of shoulders carrying the weight of the server, making it easier to carry. I would be a great choice for a position in staff because, I may need a bit of training for the FAdmin commands, due to using ULX commands for my career as an administrator., I have great deal of administrating DarkRP servers in the past as said, I personally do not really have any huge concerns in my life currently, I will have time to be very active on the server unless some unexpected problems occur, which is highly unlikely. I will always take responsibility for my actions whether they are good or not. I will report any abuse regardless of my relations with that staff, and finally, I will always be dedicated to the server, no matter what problems may occur.
