Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario :

Random death match, know as RDM is when the player X walk around the map and, player Y shoot him for a non valable RP reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario :

New Life Rule know as NLR is when a player is killed in a place and, when he respawn, a timer show up 5Minutes reaming.
If the player return to the place when he get killed, the timer gonna show up: (BREAKING NLR).
Player X is raiding the player Y, when player Y be kill,he return to his base to save his money and items.
The player X do a F1 and i will bring them on a roof. I will ask to the player Y if he broke NLR'S and give him a warning if he have already recent warnings.

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Why I should be chosen :
So i've wanted to be a staff memeber on ZARP community for a while ^^
As many peoples may see, that the last two weeks, i've made my best to increase my reputation up, to avoid being like a french kid rulebreaking.
I'll do my best to handle many f1's, i am the first person who saying that staff members take too long to handle f1's.
I have changed, i want to be more professional in the ZARP community, that's why i've wrote this application.

Thanks for reading my application, i also want to mention that my server time is based on my steam gmod time.

- He Is a Great Respectful Guy.

- And Try To Not Get Any Recents.
