Experience I have gained while not being Super Admin
I feel like since I didn't become Super Admin, I’m the one staff member people often turn to for help/advice as I’m super-friendly, always approachable and staff find it easy to talk to me about issues etc. I’m very respected by my fellow staff team (despite not actually being staff), as well as in the community, as I’m always extremely fair and give everyone a fair shot as people deserve an opportunity to prove themselves. I am always giving staff ways in which they can improve in order to make them bigger and better and I feel like this is very important as we often find it hard to find our own mistakes. The most important thing I have learnt since becoming Super Admin is the amount of responsibility taken on when gaining a lead team position is huge. However, I’ve used this pressure of having a responsibility in order to drive and push myself forward and I feel like I’m ready to take the next step up. I’ve grown in my own staffing abilities since not being admin by interacting a lot more with the moderators and Admins in order to help them become better staff members. I do this by getting new staff members to handle situations and get other staff to give them a hand when needed. I always calm situations between staff members when needed as I feel that we shouldn’t be arguing with each other as we are a team.
What makes me a good candidate?
I feel like I am a strong candidate for this position as I am extremely motivated in everything I do. I am always working with the community team and the SSRP french gun dealers in order to better the server from; Creating a better experience for the players, fixing issues/ map bugs and getting necessary features added to the server such as an auto family share checker etc. I always attend every meeting and I’m usually involved in a lot of the staff training that takes place as I feel like I am good at explaining how to use the command and when it should be used as this gives the staff member an understanding of the commands and how to use them correctly. I always say to new staff that I’m always willing to as many questions that they have as I feel like they should know everything that they need to know to make them a better staff member.
Activity
My activity is always very good and I’m always encouraging staff to be more active. My activity ranges on the server from an
23 hours a day my nibba and when I’m on the server I’m not helping staff the server, helping the staff and enjoying the gamemode myself. However, I’m not only active on the server but I also do a lot of things behind the scenes such as not updating the activity sheet, replying to applications, talking to people on steam and working with the Lead team to make the server better. What I plan to do as MOD
If I was to get MOD, i would wait untill after i was fully trained then resign. I feel this would then allow me to revoke later and boost many players post count.
