What is Ghosting? and give an example: Ghosting (in the case of DeathRun) is when a dead player (who can spectate) tells a living player any detail that he would've otherwise not known, and that detail can change the outcome of the round(s).
Scenario: Player X (who is dead) tells Player Y (who is a living runner) what (for example) bridge is one that won't kill Player Y. Another case would be if Player X tells Player Y if a trap is activated or not.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: The way I would deal with a disrespectful player depends on how disrespectful they truly are, but generally I would give them a verbal warning to stop, if they continue, then I would either !slay or !gag/!mute them, depending on how they are being disrespectful, if they continue even afterwards (the next round, or after I ungag/unmute them) then I would !warn them. And if they have the guts to keep being disrespectful, I would have no choice but to kick them. If they join back and continue, I'll contact an Administrator, and ... well lets just say someone's gonna get banned.

Why I should be chosen: You should choose me over the tens of other Applicants' because I have been a Moderator on another DeathRun server, so I won't have to go through this steep learning curve that your other Applicants' experience. What makes me standout is the fact that I am a Moderator on ZARP Murder, so I'm 'connected' with the TeamSpeak Server, the people, the forums, etc. I also have 3108 minutes; 51.8 hours' on the server (at the time of editing this application), so I know most of the people there, I know the rules, etc. Some good traits about me are:

I'm patient;

I know what to expect from people, I know how to deal with people. Most Moderators' would see someone rule-breaking (ghosting, etc) and would just straight up give them a warn, I would ask questions, see why they did what they did, and I would give them a chance (if they don't have many recent punishments'.)[/li]

My TimeZone;

When I'm online there is quite a bot of staff on, yet after time they all dwindle away, which is where I come in. Due to my TimeZone, I'm on at times when there is no staff, in-fact I'm on hours after everyone leaves the server, everyone, including players, leaving me all by myself, and players do hop in and out, and take advantage of the fact that there is no staff, I try to stop them from rule-breaking, but there simply isn't much I can do.

I'm 13, but as my time of Moderator on some servers', I've become mature, and I'm Moderator on Murder, which in a way prove's it.

I don't know if this judges whether I should be accepted, but I'm decent at DeathRun.

And yes, I know that its Deathrun and now DeathRun, Timezone and now TimeZone, but it looks better in my opinion, and well ... I mean, it is my application and all...

And the DeathRun server I was Moderator (well Trial-Moderator) went down however it's group still exists

This was probably the best DeathRun server out there, sorry ZARP, unfortunately it went down due to the Owner not being able to fund it.
