When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
Well,
I think it's appropriate to use the!ban command when there's a,
1. Racist person spamming stuff like "the KKK"
2. Racist Jokes
3. Mass disrespect
4. hacking
I feel like its appropriate to use the ban command for these reasons because its racist to some religions and a lot of people hate racist people in game and a lot of other people that break the major rules, If i was a admin i would tell the person which was making racist joke's to stop and give them 1 more chance. But after that if they carried on with the racist jokes i would temp ban them for a week


Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
Welp, there was this player who was doing some racist jokes about black people and i couldn't do anything accept do !mute *KD* Racist Jokes and !gag *KD* Racist Jokes, it got so bad next game that i had to get santa on (admin which is doing a great job by the way) to come and temp ban him, i given him proof and that and he was gone for a week i believe

Why I should be promoted: (We recommend around 75 words)

Well i think i should be promoted to admin because of these reasons,

1. Experienced
I Think i am experienced because i have been to about 6 meetings all together, 2 this month when i got moderator again and 4 before i resigned (a couple months back) I used to be staff on a CS:GO and other G-Mod servers so i am experienced with the roll of higher staff ranks which is always ok & good

2. Dedicated
I Feel like i am dedicated because i am not like other people who resign because they didn't get promoted, when i use to be a mod i didn't really do my job that well i admit but this time i feel like i am doing a amazing job as moderator and feel like i could do even better as admin, If i get denied i would simply re-apply the week after or a couple weeks after i got denied,
if i got accepted though i would wait for along time before applying for Super-Admin, and also if i did get accepted i would be grateful for the people who voted No for me and the people who voted yes for me.


3. Hard Worker!
I feel like i am a hard worker because of what i said in my other statement "Dedicated" i didn't do well as moderator last time but i have been doing amazing this time i feel like i have anyway,
i cant really say much more about this.

I'll admit it, i have been a BIT inactive recently, especially on Prop-hunt, sorry Xnator :/

Great moderator who is very friendly and fun to play with. Handles situations frequently when on. Has good dedication to the server and in my opinion is ready for admin and would make a great admin. Good Luck!
