How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time as a Administrator has given me the the ability to comprehend what to do in a situation and when to do something about it. Being staff on the SSRP server has given me a lot more experience than if I wasn't.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
What makes me a good candidate for being a Super Administrator, well a few that I will state will give you guys a good indication.
I am a very active administrator, I show honesty in what I have done and copes with pressure if dealt. I follows the staff ethos as I should and always will. I work in a very oganised but very flexible.
I believe I could be one of the best possible candidate
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
There was an obstacle I had where I had a report on abusing staff using there powers to get an unfair advantage, I had to report it to an owner and a head admin to handle it as I didn't have the powers.
A Super Admin could deal with the report and speak with the staff member and clarify what happened as it could be a fake report, if it was true I would bring it up in the lead team meeting and a official warning could be issued or a demote if they can't handle the powers they have.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
So first I would evaluate the abuse report, if I believe I can deal with it I will leave a reply on the post saying "ill handle this" to inform other SA+ that I am dealing with the issue.
Next I will speak to the staff in question asking them to give me a run down on what happened and use proof (if any at all) to match the storys together than once I have finished with the staff member decide whether to accept or deny the report.
Once I have decided what the out come will be I will speak to the staff member to tell them what will be happening, then I will go to the post and leave one of two comments

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
Hello, staff I have noticed your ban on a user is slightly excessive for what is noted, is there anything else to the story or maybe the ban was possible unreasonable and could be reduced? Thanks in advance
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would speak to them privately for a minute, say to the staff I have noticed you are your normal self is there anything going on. As there maybe an issue that maybe aggravating the staff personally or within the community which is an issue, if the staff aren't happy then the users wont be happy. Super admins can be here to support the staff members within their issues
Ask the staff if he wants a minute to sort him self out, while I deal with the user.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would take each staff separately ask for their side, one that is completed I will be on my own to piece together the puzzle and find any missing links or and issues that appear in the sides, deal with each issue accordingly.
Make sure both staff members will be at a minimum civil with each other as it may have lead to a conflict, as that may set of some problems with the staffing team.

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
Take both staff members to a spacer instantly to not disrupt the meeting ask them what just happened, once both of them have gave there side and origin, I will have my own view as I was a witness.
Try to order the two staff to be adults about the situation, telling them bother if they can't control themselves how can they control a server, if something kicks off again they it will be brought up in the lead team meeting as it is clearly unacceptable
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
Instantly take them to the side and ask them what they are doing, do you think its acceptable to continue doing it, if you can't follow the rules why should you enforce them, inform the staff that they will be brought up in the lead team meeting to discuss the punishment they should receive, return then with them knowing I will be watching everything they will do until the meeting. If they keep rulebreaking a Emergency Demote maybe necessary until they learn.
