In that time I managed it to get Super Admin and even Head Admin so i already have some experience in that aswell and i understand to be a part of the Leadteam. Im always very Friendly and Helpful, I cant get triggered easily and i helped a lot of People or other Staffs dealing with Situations and I often had contact with the Leadteam if they were Problems on the Server which couldn't be Solved by me or another Staff member, e.g Jukebox Song Requests.I will try to Make everyone Happy on the Server and let them enjoy their time on Zarp. What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? (in this part you can go as detailed as you want): I think, I'm a Very Good Candidate, because I'm Addicted and Dedicated to Zarp Deathrun, even I'm not really active on the forums. As for now i only left the Community once, because of School exams, i had no time to Play as real life comes first and i wanted to get good grades in my final exams. I always try my best to keep the Server clean from Rulebreakers or anything else what is bad for the Server and try to Improve the Server in a Better way with Suggestions e.g. Leeching Rule although it got Denied. When i came back i fast decided to apply again for Staff even though I will go to the University of Applied Sience. I'm also trying to build a map for the Deathrun Server and trying to Help Polsee fixing the existing ones and telling him every "broken" thing I notice. Furthermore I reminded mostly a Head Admin about the Jukebox Song Requests or Asked Para to reset the Potw, after he didnt respond I asked Annie if she could try to get Para on to reset it as BiWx was on Vacation he couldnt come on to reset it and actively report stuff to the Leadteam. Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: I haven't really encountered a Situation where a lead team member was need, because there was already a lead team member on the Server or I managed to solve the situation on my own or with another Staff member. I also talked with the Reported person about his Point of View and with staffs which were on the Server at that time. *lock* please Accepted: Warning: Spoiler! The Staff, who was on the Server also told me their Point of View and matched with your View So i came to the conclusion to accept your Report. *lock* please Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly? I would check the Reason what the Person got banned for, afterwards I would ask the Staff member for his Point of View and how he thinks that the time was needed for the Person. From what he told me i would first tell him that he can't just ban People for an exessive Amount of time and shorten or even remove the Ban. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? If i see a Staff member struggling with a user, i would talk to the Staff member and tell him how to deal with the situation correctly that he fully understands and i would keep an eye on him to see if he still struggles with situations or if he learned something about it. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation? First of all i would ask which Rule the other staff member broke and ask their point of view, if the evidence is clear i would clearly explain the rule to the Staff member who broke the rule and remind him to read the rules, but Mistakes can happen. I would leave it and keep an eye on him if it happens again. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? I would immediatly tell them to stop, as staff member you shouldnt be disrespectful towards another staff member neither to a User. Staff members should always act nicely and behave themselves. and ofc I would keep an eye on the Staff who Disrespected to see if something has changed. Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would approach the Staff and tell him what he did wrong and which Rule he broke so he understands it. I also would ask the User if hes Ok and Apologize for what the Staff member did and to make sure it won't happen again. Thanks for Reading! |
