Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:[/b]

If someone was walking down the street and just shot someone without and speaking or just killing them for the hell of it so killing someone unprovoked.

When a player is killed or dies they have which then they have been given NLR which beans they can not go near the place where they died or area close to it there will be on top of the players screen and in the logs if that player breaks it and in with NLR the player will forget anything in there “past life”. They may go back to that place again in 3 min. They do not regain their memory.

Explain how you would handle the following situation

Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x:
I would tp Y it see if they need a minute when the player is ready I will tp him and hear his side of the situation and then hear the other side of the side of the story. Compare both sides of the situation if anything is odd I will try it work out who is telling truth get any evidence if either side has any Then I will return them to their previous locations and spectate their on-goings. If I am unable to spectate and I continue to receive F1's about player Y RDMing, I will warn player Y.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (few lines apart)

Tp both players to a secluded location, I would allow for both players to explain their sides of the story. Whoever was killed first would have more than likely been breaking NLR. With no proof however, I would give a verbal warning to the player who died first. If I witness any breaking of NLR from either player, or continue to get reports of breaking NLR from either player, I will warn the player or if need-be, both players if the situation calls for it.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):

I should be chosen to become a moderator for Zarp darkRP because to many times either there has been no staff or one staff member on the server I am playing on. Either the staff member is struggling to do the over overwhelming amount of reports or there is a staff member that has not on or not taking them so I understand their struggle either they have been doing it all day or they have been doing it a while or reasons like that therefore I think I can help those staff and do sits and help members as I see the why people may get frustrated.
As ZARP has been swamped lately with minges, rule breakers and more. I wish to help ZARP the best way I can, there's only so much I can do as staff warn as last resort but if they don’t see what they done wrong or disrespectful throughout the sit. I've been talking too Dramn he said he would help me to the best staff member possible and Joey, Jalu might, all three of them are amazing staff members and I know if I become staff I will be able to learn and make sure I become the very best staff member possible I have experience on a few servers AeroGames, Elpsons they both weren’t as big as ZARP however I know the rules and I think I have the experience I have 1090 hours on Gmod most of the time being staff and helping members on different community but I think I may have found the place to so far it has been I have had a full 119 hours on this server so I think it is time I help the server by becoming staff and dedicating myself to end the chaos in the servers and do my part to help with the reports and helping the community members any way I can.

Hello John! Your activity is very good on servers 1 and 3. Your application seems like you have added a lot of time and effort into it and i think you attitude to become a staff member is great! As long as you don't have any recent punishments and you keep up the activity i don't see why there would be a problem with it. Good luck to you!

if john was to be a mod i know he would help the server he has been playing none stop for the past two days you you know he will be on the server alot working i trust him fully please give this guy a chance and trust in him and never judge someone on there past ppl change when they are given a chance .....

May not have the 2 weeks but i have read the rules never have been warned and i was an old user on before Easter but then i wasnt active because i was playing arma 3 more but i have found enjoyment in this server again but there are way to many rule breakers today i heard someone in the air screaming they have RDM / RDA like 30 people and many more people going on mass rdm and mass RDA. Therefore i may not have the recommended time however i am very active and i would hope you would be happy with me apart of the staff team helping the members and giving the server order as too many times ive seen it in chaos and anarchy and either too little staff to deal with it or non on or staff being busy with other stuff to deal with them therefore and extra dedicated staff member could in my eyes help the server against the rule breakers

Why is that my answer?
Well your application looks good and the gametime is alright but I still feel like you need to wait one more week before applying since the gametime isn't two weeks but I still hope that you get accepted since you could be the next lead team member for ssrp and I am going to say good luck in the meeting!

it was a false warn and removed due to that.
Just to prove that I will explain the situation. 1-3 days ago i was at the mine on server 3 me and Highlander were making steel then we look towards highlanders car being pick locked (Highlander saw first) and began shooting at the car then i hit the corner of the dupe and quickscope the dude out of the driver side.

The super admin was very helpful and the warning was removed as the mod didnt even check the car or care about who owned the car. (me and my friend are in same gang)
