Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: It would be appropriate to use the ban command if the user has multiple recent punishments, in this example, let's say 7. He obviously hasn't learned his lesson and struggles following the rules, he then RDM's and I ban him for a few days to read over the rules and gain a better understanding so he affects less players in a negative way by breaking our server rules for his gain.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Firstly we'll be assuming that he's banned by another staff member. I'd speak to the staff member about the user and get his opinion on his actions with the given situation. He explains the permanent ban was a bit much, and since he's apologized deeply and thoroughly, he'd like to see an unban of the user. I'd then go to the thread and type the following:

Hello user,

Myself and 'Admin Here' have discussed your appeal thoroughly and have decided the best course of action to take is you to be unbanned. We can tell you mean what you say in your apology, and myself and the staff member feel a permanent ban was a bit harsh. Please take a while to review the rules before you join the server, you can find them here. Thanks for your cooperation and for filling out the template, do not do this again.

Previous Experience

Previously on TTT before resigning, I was a Head Administrator which is the most trusted staff position. I dealt with staff and user situations on almost a daily basis. This along with my experience climbing the ranks from Moderator to Head Administrator, shows I know the rules for the gamemode and have a lot of experience on the server.

Time Zone (EST)

As an American on the East Coast, I have a unique time where I'd be able to deal with rulebreakers that may usually go unnoticed due to a lack of staff at the time. My goal would be to charge this head on and be a goal of mine to lower rulebreaks in these times.

I'm a very friendly guy in-game, almost everyone can get along with me and I do my best to maintain healthy relationships on the server.

I'm an active player, I'll have 9 or 10 days of activity by the time of the Meeting showing I've put time and effort into regaining my trust and activity throughout the server.

I'm a Mature Player and Staff Member throughout the Community, I know how to have a laugh and when it's best to be calm and professional.

I'm very dedicated to all my servers I staff throughout the Community, and TTT will be no less. I'll put more time than just sub-par minimum requirements.

I'm a very fair person and staff member, and follow the Ethos. I don't give overly harsh punishments and try to see each situation from a 3rd party perspective.
