Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop: I would first let them spectate me so I can show them what B-hopping looks like, then I would tell them to jump onto the first block. "While in air of the first block, hold Ctrl to crouch to give you more control. Then strafe to build up speed. The moment you land, either press A or D. If you decide to go to the right and press D, simply move your mouse to the right. If you decide to go the left and press A, simply move your mouse to the left. Once you get about halfway, press the opposite button and move your mouse in the opposite direction (the same direction as the opposite button).

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: I would first give them a verbal unofficial warning though the text chat. If that person refuses to listen to that warning, I would give them an official warning.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Anyone using an exploit has no excuse. Use of exploits should result in an automatic official warning.

Why I should be chosen: I should be chosen for many reasons, first being that I have a lot of passion for this server and I'm never tired of it. Next being that I hate exploiters as much as you do. It's not fair to everyone else playing the game sincerely. Third, I'm very active. Most of the time I'm on a server, I can never find a Moderator to report people to. I would like to be able to take control into my own hands and deal with the people themselves. Thank you for taking the time to consider me and I hope I can get the position as Moderator.
