Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

1. Someone mass RDM's and LTAP's. I would ban them for a day.
2. 11+ recent warns
3. If someone posts a ban request onto the forums and it has good proof and is valid.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

First I would say "I will handle this". After that I would get extra information (if needed) from the staff member that banned them. Then I would look at their recent punishments and see if they have been banned before. If they have been banned for cheating before I would deny the appeal. If they haven't been banned and otherwise play clean and have a good attitude, I would tell them that their apology and appeal have been , but also warn them that their actions won't be tolerated again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
Well, I have been a really loyal moderator. I have been a moderator on for 3 months now, and it is the only TTT server I play on. I also feel that I could use the ban and noclip tool, since I usually play either late at night or in the morning and not many other admins or staff members are playing. I have seens many mass rdmers that LTAP and I can't really do anything but give them 3 slays and let it be. (gonna throw this into here, i was already finished with the app but I have to include this:)I'm not even kidding rn, I am currently on the server and there is a guy named Kana who is mass RDMing people and LTAPing and idk if they are connecting with new accounts or what but I can't do anything about it. I would also like to handle ban requests and appeals on the forums. Thank you for reading my application, see yall on the server.

Well, if you are wondering about my activity and you didn't see my inactivity thread, I was on vacation recently where I didn't have a chance to play. Also I have had a really busy month before that with my football season starting and also some real life shit I didn't want to get into. But now I am back, better than ever and ready to take on some good ol TTT.

Also Max thank you for scamming me 150k with the summer wheel, only giving me like 15 detective passes in return, appreciate it lol.

EDIT: For anyone confused with the admin Kana, it was a hacker that was impersonating staff members and he made the server a living hell for 20 minutes, this is why i need the ban tool
