How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
My time being an administrator on the Prop Hunt server has been great. Before being staff on the server I had no experience with the ULX menu but now I understand how it all works and the appropriate time to use the separate commands and how to use them to their full potential.

In addition to this whilst I have been an administrator I have dealt with multiple rule breakers, hackers and CM ban evaders. During all of these situations, I followed staff ethos and took appropriate action.

Whilst being admin I have got to know the LT from Prop Hunt and have been in every possible meeting with them since I first got staff. (Many of the time being the only none LT present) This means that I am very reliable and will be at every possible meeting.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Friendly:
In game and out of game I am an extremely friendly persona and will answer anyone’s questions to the best of my ability. In addition to this, I am extremely approachable by any user or staff member who needs my help or assistance.

Trusted:
I have been playing Zarp since 2014. I have been an administrator on SSRP multiple times and have never abused my powers, been officially warned or demoted. In addition to this, I have never done anything wrong on Prop Hunt or in TS3.

Confident:
In and out of game I will tell people what to do and not to do if they are breaking rules or have done something wrong. An example of this is speaking to anyone on TS or in game telling them that they can’t mic spam or ghost.

Mature:
I am 18 years old, nearly 19. I am looking for a career in the near future in the public services (preferably the police service). To be this profession you need to be extremely mature as the nature of some incidents you will attend will be disturbing etc.

Active:
My activity on prop hunt has never been below the minimum requirement. After resigning from SSRP my activity has gone through the roof as it left me with more spare time to dedicate to Prop Hunt. This means that I had more than the minimum requirement of the week in a single day.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
One situation that I encountered as an administrator was when I caught a CM banned player on the server under a new alias. The player first got my attention when they found multiple people in great hiding spaces with ease and managed to 180 and instantly kill me. I then ran a Family Sharing Check on the player so I could get his name and steam ID etc to send to a LT member to hack check him (Xnator). However, when I ran the check it came back positive for using an alt account to ban evade as his main account was banned. After checking the Steam Id we realized it was a CM banned player and now his alt is banned from all other servers.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
Firstly, I would comment on the forum section telling the person creating the report that I will be handling the situation. After doing this I will look at the evidence provided by the staff member breaking the rules or abusing their powers.

Secondly, if the proof provided showed that the staff member did, in fact, break some rules or abused their power I would ask the staff member to talk with me about the events either in TeamSpeak 3 in a private spacer or via private message in steam.

Thirdly, after discussing with the staff member about the situation I would tell them how to improve so that they would not break the same rule again. In addition to this depending on how many other times the staff member had broken rules or abused their powers, I would bring the staff member up for an official warning or demotion in the LT meeting.

Finally, I would reply to the topic reporting the staff member thanking them for making the report and coming to the conclusion if it has been accepted or denied and posting how the staff member had been dealt with.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
Firstly, I would check the ban length with the reason and the amount of recent warnings / punishments the player had received before the ban. If in fact, the length of the ban was excessive I would ask the staff member who gave the ban to join me in a Team Speak 3 spacer.

Secondly, once in the Team Speak 3 spacer or on steam messages I would talk to the staff member about the player asking what they did wrong in order to receive such a lengthy ban.

Thirdly, I would discuss other alternative punishments with the staff member rather than the lengthy ban or just a ban in general and decide with the staff member what would be the more appropriate punishment for the situation.

Finally, after discussing the punishments with the staff member I would update the ban/punishment on the player changing it to be fairer. I would then contact the player who was punished via steam telling them that their punishment has been changed or reduced and tell them the time left of their ban or if they have been unbanned.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
Firstly, I would approach the staff member in a calm manner asking if they would like assistance with the situation at hand. If the staff member said yes I would help deal with the situation and come to the appropriate conclusion. If the staff member refused I would talk to them via PM telling them what to do next e.g. coaching them through the sit.

Secondly, after the situation was dealt with I would bring the staff member into a TS 3 channel or talk to them via steam about the events. I would discuss with them what went wrong and how to avoid it happening in the future.

Finally, after discussing it with the staff member if they still did not understand the appropriate manner or know how to handle certain situations I would mention them in the LT meeting and suggest they get re-trained to avoid any further situations in the future.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
Firstly, I would tell both members of staff to calm down and join Team Speak 3 so I could discuss with them the events that have unfolded. When the staff members joined the private channel I would ask the staff member accusing the other what they had done wrong.

Secondly, after listening to his accusation I would ask the staff member that is being accused if that is correct and get their side of the story. After listening to both sides of the story I would be left with a few options. The staff member admits to breaking the rules and apologizes for doing so, depending on how serious would depend on me bringing them up in the LT meeting. If the stories were not the same and he claims he never broke a rule I would require proof of the staff member breaking rules to pursue it further.

Finally, if the staff member did break rules I would ask them to apologize on the forums to any of the players that they affected so that they learn their lesson and do not break rules again in the future.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would remind the disrespectful staff member that disrespect is against the rules and is not expected from any staff member on the Zarp community. I would then tell the disrespectful staff member to apologize to the other member of staff.

Finally, depending on the disrespect and a number of times he was disrespectful I would potentially bring the member of staff up in the LT meeting for an official warning or demotion as disrespect shows immaturity. Neither of which are staff member material.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
Firstly, I would tell them to stop what they are doing instantly via pm to prevent further harm to the platers/community. I would then ask the staff member to join TS 3 and bring him to a private space with me.
Secondly, I would discuss his actions and say why they are wrong and show the staff member the rules he broke and how to prevent breaking the rules in the future. Due to the nature of the rule breaks “Harming other users” I would bring the staff member up in the LT meeting for an official warning or demotion.
Finally, I would ask the staff member to apologize to the members of the community that they affected and if possible refund them what they lost e.g. a bet.

We need a new super admin, and this guy is a top lad, always helping out with various jobs in game (such as requesting anticheats on hackers, enforcing the rules) to an amazing standard.

Only thing I could say as advice is keep doing what you do, and try to keep your activity consistent.
