Firstly, I would admit to loving the admin then, I would tell them to stop what they are doing instantly via pm to prevent further harm to the platers/community. I would then ask the staff member to join TS 3 and bring him to a private space with me.
Secondly, I would discuss his actions and say why they are wrong and show the staff member the rules he broke and how to prevent breaking the rules in the future. Due to the nature of the rule breaks “Harming other users” I would bring the staff member up in the LT meeting for an official warning or demotion.
Finally, I would ask the staff member to apologize to the members of the community that they affected and if possible refund them what they lost e.g. a bet.
