How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:I've learned how to be staff and how to do it right. I know all the rules
and i also know what it's like to handle other staff and help with some training. I believe i know what it takes to be lead team.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I believe i can help with other staff when needed to anti-cheat and whatnot. Im reliable and always there when i need to be.
I also like to help people out and would love to train some people as well.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
Aimbot, this happens all the time. When no lead team are online and i have to take it into my own hands. Of course the only thing you can do in this case is assume and get video recording.
It was difficult, but I managed to ban them for aimbot in the end. It was kinda tricky but he was banned.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would look at any and all evidence given, i would like to see the situation and make sure that no one was mistaken.
If abuse was caught i would take the staff member and talk to them about what they did, lying would not be acceptable in this case.
I would then speak about the proof and whatnot, I would then proceed to talk to lead team and figure out a decent punishment for this staff member depending on the abuse.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would like to talk to the staff member in question and get the story, i would also see if there is any proof (or staff witnesses) and decide if the punishment was fair.
It also depends on what the ban was.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would help the staff member in question with his F1 or situation, i would then proceed to teach the staff member what to do in these situations.
And if he needs any help he can ask any other staff member who knows or lead team.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would need proof first then, (if the staff member did break rules) would be taken to a lead team meeting to decide punishment.
It also depends on the rules broke, if he broke a rule on purpose then he would most likely get an official warning from lead team.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would make the staff members talk to each other and figure out the problem and asure that it is resolved in the end. I would like for no staff to be
getting into arguments as that could be a problem for other staff.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would do something like a "Emergency Demote" where i would demote the staff member in question and wait until a lead team meeting to decide a punishment.
As i feel like this would allow for this "Staff" member to decide what he/she has done wrong. This person would probably get a demote as they don't seem fit for staff.
