Languages I speak: Croatian German English Google Translate How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator: To start it off i am extremely trusted as i am currently an administrator on SSRP for a very long time (7 months), showing by my gametrackers i have been active and playing since day 1. I am always help other people and help other staff members by telling them what they did wrong and what they should've done instead. What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want): Activity I am extremely active by playing on the server every single day interacting with players and handling reports, you see that i have 2 days on my gametracker missing and that is because it didn't save it but i have played. Dedication I am extremely dedicated by coming to the server, forums and Teamspeak on which i am daily for a long time. Im also dedicated by helping players and staff everyday by doing reports or helping them in situations when they don't know what to do Leadership I am ready for this position with my skills of leadership, I always point staff in the right direction if they are doing something wrong, I am never biased, i never put friendship infront of justice. Patience In all of the situations i have handled i have never been inpatient by rushing a sit, i always listen to both sides of the storys and if someone is angry i manage to calm them down no matter how long it takes me Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available: 2 days ago i found a hacker called memes that knew who the murderer was without the murderer even doing anything, i tried to contact a LT member but none were online, at the time i was in ts and i saw that the legend himself ChuteUK joined but he couldn't anticheat him because he was on his laptop. I would firstly contact the staff member and ask them to come to Teamspeak so i can talk to them, after i got them on Teamspeak i would tell them what they did wrong and correct them so they know in the future what to do, i would also lower the persons ban so they are treated fairly Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation? First off all i would calm them down so he can deal with the issue faster and easier instead of being angry, i would then help the resolve the problem that has happened by telling them what they did wrong and what they should've done. I would also tell them that if they need any help that they should call someone to help them. I would firstly contact them to talk about the situation and hear the whole story, after listening to them both i would ask for any evidence to provide with it, if they have valid evidence i would talk to the staff member about it and also bring it up in the Lead Team Meeting Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation? As previously said we should always be calm instead of being angry and disrespctful, the second thing i would do is help them resolve the issue why they are being disrespectful and starting arguments when we should work as a team instead of fighting. I would also tell them if they wouldn't stop they would be facing serious consequences Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation: You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member? I would contact the staff member and tell them that if they don't stop they would have serious consequences and i would tell them that i will be watching their actions.
