Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: Ask them to stop politely, if they continue then issue a short ban

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Longer ban

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: When somebody on the prop team tells the hunters the props locations or what prop they are via text or mic. An example could be that a player is a prop (such as a pole) in plain sight, and a player on the prop team tells the hunters that he is a pole, or that he is outside not inside. They also get fed up of waiting and tell the hunters that the player is a pole in the corner.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have been playing on the server for a while and it is the only server i play on, meaning that I am very active. I am mainly applying because i hardly see any moderators on the server. I am well spoken and polite, and do not get angry easily, meaning i could deal with situations calmly. I also have good wits, meaning i can make a judgement on a player (such as if they were accused of ghosting) and usually be correct. Personality wise I am very quite and hardly text chat in game unless somebody asks me or addresses me personally, which is usually what a moderator does. I also never swear online as there is no need for it, but i am very stern (but not disrespectful) when it comes to dishing out a punishment which means i will not be swayed by a player begging to not be banned.
