Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM or Random Death Match is where a player kills another player for a non role-play reason for example, killing someone who just spawned or killing miners, people in the street, Any non role-play reason would fit category.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
NLR : The new life rule is a very important rule in RP servers as it stops players who have been killed from going back to their location before death. This essentially stops such things as revenge killing, raiding continuesly and RDMing/CDMing/RDAing. If NLR wasn't in the rules a lot of roleplay would cease to work. NLR can be mis-understood in places such as spawn where the rules state you must leave the district after you spawn.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
My Response : I would check the logs to make sure that the event took place in fashion player x states. I would ask both players separately what happened and see if the stories clash, I would use the stories and logs to come to a hypothesis of the event that occurred. I would proceed to ask both player for video / screenshot proof of the event. I would then use any evidence provided to come to judgement with reference to the initial hypothesis.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
My Response : I would ask both of the players their side of the story separately, then look for comparisons and clashes when comparing the 2. I would then ask either of them if they have significant proof of the offence (other than console) i would then proceed to warn player Y (and possibly X if they are raiding as citizen etc.) after that has been done i will explain the NLR rule to them both for safe precaution.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I have experience as a Moderator on SSRP. I can use my knowledge and experience to become a better mod than before. I have changed since my ban and want to prove that I am a new person. I am now free from college (Which is why I resigned from Moderator position previously) and have plenty of free time to contribute to the community. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to show even further that I have changed. My recent time may not be the best as I have had resits up until the last few days.
