Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
I would ask them to stop the spam and if they ignore me, I'd mute/gag them for a moment. Then in couple minutes or so, I will ungag/mute them and if they haven't learned from the first time, I will mute/gag them again and then warn them. If it keeps going I would keep them muted for the rest of the game and give another warning + inform about them to someone higher ranked.
Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
For example, if someone is hiding in an unreachable spot, I'd kindly ask them to move away from the spot a couple times and if they ignore me, I would warn them. If they keep ignoring me and going back to the unreachable spots and I'd warn them again and then kick them. If they join back and still refuse to listen to me, kick and warn + I'd contact an admin or higher ranked.
Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Somebody, usually a prop, is giving out other peoples hiding spots either publicly in the chat to "help" people, or then sneakily in private in places like discord or teamspeak. It's easy to spot them, when the hunter is getting a lot of kills and doesn't check random props. They also find props that are out of sight with no problem.
Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
There's a lot of people who likes the server, but they get annoyed because of the rule breakers and might leave the server for good because of them. I want to help people there and the server to stay clean of the rule breakers and let the people enjoy the server. I have been a moderator on a prop hunt server before, so I do have some experience.
