Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
Begin with a text + verbal warning to the player, if the spam continued I'd warn the player for spamming then mute him for a round. If he continues after this initial mute I will warn him again and mute him for a whole game. If he continues after this I would kick him, and report his name to an admin or server owner.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Begin with a text + verbal warning to the player that he is breaking the rules by exploiting the map, I would keep an eye on them throughout the rest of the game. If the player continues to abuse the exploit I would warn them and give them one last chance to stop abusing the exploit. If the player continues I would kick them and report their name to an admin or server owner.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is the act of two players working together on opposite teams in order to reveal the location of props. Ghoster #1 is a hunter and Ghoster #2 is a prop. When Ghoster #2 dies they tell Ghoster #1 where the other props are by using the spectate function. Ghoster #1 arrives at this location and usually shoots the only prop in the room that is a player without checking any other props.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
In the short time I've been playing the server I've witnessed various situations of players blatantly breaking the rules of the server and several occasions of people using aimbot in order to cheat. I think the amount of cheating and hacking going on is to high, and feel that if I was a moderator I could deter this activity. In the past I've been apart of staff on several servers, including Lemonpunch, Redline, SLA, and a few more. I understand the responsibility carried by a member of staff, I understand that by taking this position I'm choosing to represent the server to the players. I'm over 18 years old. I'm active on the server, and haven't been warned, or banned.
