Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
My experience as moderator will contribute to me becoming an admin as I have learnt which commands are appropriate to use in which circumstances, and have helped teach newer players the basics of Bhop. I have been Bhop Moderator for 5 weeks now and feel as I am ready to go for admin.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
During my entire time as a moderator, I've always had to deal with the occasional micspammer and such, but I've had only one encounter in which I had to contact a higher rank to get online to deal with the situation.A few weeks ago, I was in a meeting, so was alt+tabbed out of the game while connected to Bhop. A few minutes later I tabbed back into the game and heard someone using racial slurs to insult people, and I told him to stop or I'd mute him immediately. He continued to do it, so I then muted him as I said I would. However he kept re-connecting so the mutes would go away and he could keep being racist. Thankfully Morgan soon came on and banned the user so he couldn't keep re-joining to avoid his mutes. This was the only time I've had to get an admin or above online to deal with a user, but had I been admin, I could have banned him from the start.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello, player x! I have spoken to the admin who handled your appeal. Considering it is your first ban and you seem genuinely sorry for your actions, we have come to the conclusion to accept your appeal and give you another chance. Please re-read the rules to better understand them and prevent breaking any more rules in the future.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I believe I am ready to be promoted as this is my 5th week as a Bhop Moderator and am very familiar with the commands used to help maintain the server. I am also trusted as an admin on SSRP. As an admin on Bhop, I could better enforce the rules to keep the server clean and friendly. I want to help the server grow and be a better place overall. I often find myself being the only staff online, and I think as an admin, I could help the server out much more with the new commands I will have access to.

I was inactive for 1 week because I was on vacation, but my activity will be more stable now.
