TOPIC: [Murder Moderator] Arceus's Application

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: At first I would simply ask them to stop, if they continue then I would gag them for a round, and after the round has ended I would un-gag them, if they continue after that I'd warn them and gag them for 5 rounds, if they CONTINUE even after all that then I would have no choice but to kick them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: In my opinion exploits are a major issue, so I would start off with a warning and ask them to stop bit if they continue and refuse to stop then I would I have to kick them. If they have the nerve of joining again (with exploits) then (and I don't know if this would be in my power when I start off) I'd have to ban them for a short period of time.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: The term "Ghosting" is used to describe when two or more players are in a call or chat (outside of the game) and are giving (for example) away the locations of other players' to their friends'.

Example: Let's say Player 1 is the Murderer,Player 2 is spectating and is in a call with Player 1, and Player 3 is hiding from the Murderer (Player 1) and is not in any call. So Player 2 giving away the location of Player 3 to his friend would be considered ghosting.

I am on the server ALOT: Now when I say ALOT I mean it, I am on for at-least 5 hours a day. (Which probable isn't great for my health, but whatever.) And this is great because when I'm on there are moderators' on the server, but I'm also on when there aren't any, and let me tell the, you RDM'ing and Mic-Spamming sky-rockets! *Cough* *Cough* "Foxy" *Cough* *Cough*

I have Moderating Experience: This is valuable because most people applying have no experience moderating a server. "They jump head-first into a pool without knowing how to swim", a wise man once said, no I'm lying no-one said that, I just made it up. But I know what to expect from people, I know what to do in certain situations, where most moderators would "freeze" in.

Im Mature: Now I know that a kid calling himself mature would strike someone as weird, but after moderating on a few servers, I know when to joke around, when to be serious, when to stay quiet (and just as a foot-note: their shouldn't be many scenarios' where a moderator stays quiet.)
I am 13 years old, which you could probably tell by my voice, which is straight up cancer to most, won't even argue... (however I would like to re-iterate that I have become "mature" over my moderating experiences'.

Servers I've moderated On: You probably have read the fact that I've been a moderator before; but know you asking where's the proof? Well most servers were small/ not 24/7, but one notable server,which was taken down,
It was taken down before I was able to become a "actual" moderator, as I was only a Trial-Moderator. And the server I was moderating was a DeathRun server, so there are some differences, but I'm a quick-learner.

Important Information: I do have a Warn for RDM, which was 100% my fault, but take into account that warn was on 07/17/17 (June, the 17^th) and I have not had any warns since then.

And besides that, there's really nothing else to say, so I would just like to thank you in advance for taking the time to review this application of mine. Also I apologize in advance if this application seems rushed as it is currently 3 A.M for me.
